I would consider this to be a Heer coat, the SS version of this model did not have French cuffs.

Sleeve eagle looks "hand sewn" Shoulder straps need closeup pictures.....but look HIGHLY SUSPECT from what can be seen, "French Cuffs" as already noted (I have seen plenty of photographic evidence of W-SS w/cuff, however)... so probably "not original SS".... which is the important point.

Would have to see alot more to be sure on details...but "put together" at best!

I agree with John, the BeVo eagle is obviously hand sewn, not a period machine sewn insignia. Best, JLS

Value is that of a Heer greatcoat and an unissued BeVo arm eagle .. which is what it was. I can't comment on the straps or buckle.
