Hands on inspection of WSS tunic needed

Hello, I live on the East coast of NY and wanted to get a recommendation of who it is possible to get a hands on inspection of a WSS tunic? I have heard the name David Delich...Does anyone know if he is willing and near enough to do so?
If so does anyone know how to contact him,or another well known person who will be willing and able to do a hands on inspection?
And how much they charge etc?
    Thanks

    TWP,

Dave lives in the Kansas City Metro, so you are out of luck there.

Schupo thanks. But do you know if he has in the past consented to having tunics sent to him by post for his hands on inspection? I could always send tunic, cap to him and pay for the return post. I dont know if he will do that though.
What about an expert/appraiser in the east coast of US? In the New york city area?

John, I was in the gym when I typed that and the caps lock key got stuck whilst on the bike machine before i got it under control, so I didnt mean to highlight the Bill part implying anything. I have heard good things about him.
And I have tried calling, but no one answered the phone...
At any rate, let me know if anyone has good ideas...

TWP, I know that getting a hold of Bill Shea is a little difficult at times. Since you live in NY, I recommend you attend the Union Show in Union, New Jersey. Not only will you be able to meet some Forum members (including Sebastian), you will in all likelihood meet Bill Shea in person. Bring your tunic to the show and discuss it with him. Just my 2 cents.

Oh...You typed the rest of post correctly, I must have misunderstood you...If you are going to be at the Union show there are several very good 'SS guys' there including Bill Shea, Mike Beaver, and Robert Kondor so you should be able to get a good consensus of opinions...John
