German SS Armband ?

Hi guys i just found this armband but i never saw on like this one...
Any idea about what this one is for ?
Is this ss related (stamp) ??
This armband was found with a French pow dog tag..

Armband

Beurlaubt means "To Be On Leave". Perhaps some good closeups of the metal tag might be revealing.

Don't know if the armband is original. First one I've seen. Convalescence status perhaps? The stamp is illegible from the image.

Thank you Charles ....i tryed goole trade too and find the same as you..."To Be On Leave".
No problem with originality,i have a strong provenance from a French vet estate.....most of military things were WWI, my friend kept them and gave me the two only things that was ww2...for free ..!
Interesting armband cause it seems the first like this ever see...
I have done some more pictures of the stamp but i'm not sure it will speak better...
Pictures of the POW dog tag added too...Rank and name engraved on the back are "Capitaine L. BOUCHEIX..

I'm sure it's a good period Armband ,it was given to me by an old man for peanuts,just given,no money involved….
No idea about what it is ….French POW ?
