SS helmet cover, very late with steel rivets?

Hi,

a friend asked for my opinion about this cover, but I cant help him for 100%.

As I know, the late covers are allowed to have steel rivets at the clips. Clips and fabric are looking good to me. Unfortunately ha has no more pics for now, but are you able to judge it from these ones?

Yes, steel rivets were used with either aluminium or steel rocker clips. The combination with aluminium clips must be considered as "transitional", so around 1943.

Apart from the rivets there are also mixed clips (steel rocker and aluminium base or vice versa).

The cover here is however 100% fake, as was already stated.
