BeVo-Cufftitle introduction with LSSAH?

Gents-

Does anyone know or have a very good idea of when the BeVo cufftitles were actually introduced in the case of the LSSAH?

A) During the second half/ late 1942? (Pre-Kharkov, Feb. 1943)

or

B) After Kharkov and before Kursk? (March-June 1943)?


I always read 'introduced in 1943', but that's a little too vague for my taste and I have the feeling that it might have been in late 1942.

Can anyone shed a light?
