the strange angle

This picture is arrived today (from a member of this forum, thanks to M.).
A "common" ss pic but runes have a really unusual angle.

There is someone who has a tab like this and want to share it?
Or does anyone have any links where I can see an original one?

Been looking for a original myself for years , its know as the forward facing Rune , purchased one from Ulric which turned out to be a wrong one

IMO those are police runes affixed to the collar. Perhaps added to a black wool patch done by the women at his side.

Thanks, interesting assumption...I had not thought but I agree, it seems Pz Polizei badge and may be it's a little work of the woman in the photo (as suggested by Peter).
