SS Armband real or no?

My friend has this (SS greatcoat?) armband and asked me to put it here for your comments. I have very little knowledge about armbands myself. I blacklight tested it for him and there was no reaction at all outside or inside - but that does not necessarily mean it's a good one!

Hi I agree its not the norm . The white cloth on the back makes no sence at all. I would not want it .

I too had my suspicions about this but said nothing.
I shall let my buddy know about his armband - I hope he's not too attached to it!
