SS Sturmbannfuhrer Tunic

A customer mailed me these photos of a tunic he wants to sell. The tunic color looks green which is not correct for waffen ss.

Are any of the insignias original or is it all fake?

West German police...Nordrhein-Westfalen (Ländercode NW) in my opinion...
The PB code probably means Polizei Behörden (Police inventory / Stock) a West German property stamp...
This explains why it lacks French cuffs...Insignia aweful too

Insignia all very poor fakes (and it is trying to be a Standartenfuhrer not Sturmbannfuhrer rank).
