The "Pink" smock., just did sell mine 3 years ago for 350 E....It looks , but does not feel like originals,not water repelent. Bad cloth. lot's of discussions...., nice to have for a low prise and put it on your mannequin if you don't have the money for "the right feeling" one.

...i would not buy it for any price but i saw them sold for 350 euro, probably the one of above collector.

I would think less than 90% consider them fake...with new info coming out and all. I believe they are real and one sold recently in an auction for close to a grand. So the prices are going up as opinion changes. Not textbook, but textbook can be boring.
