SS Panzer Cap Opinions

Hi guys,
I posted this cap in the Headgear Forum but also wanted to post it here. The cap is very faded and as pointed out in other forum the insignia looks like it has been around nicotine smoke. Your opinions and comments on the cap would be greatly appreciated.
