I presume the cuff is from the Wachtruppe/Wachsturmbann Ostfriesland.
Some info I found online:
The SS-Sturmbann Ostfriesland (SS-Wachsturmbann IV Ostfriesland) was formed in March 1935 and guarded the Esterwegen camp.
It merged with SS-Sturmbann Brandenburg and was upgraded to regimental size on 1 July 1937 and redesignated SS-Totenkopf-Standarte 2 Brandenburg.
Insignia
A cuff title with the text "Ostfriesland" was authorized for this unit.
Sources used
John R. Angolia - Cloth Insignia of the SS
Andrew Mollo - Uniforms of the SS: Collected Edition
Charles W. Sydnor - Soldiers of destruction: the SS Death's Head Division, 1933-1945
Thanks in advance for your help!
