Good day all I know nothing about these types of hat so could someone tell me if this hat is good or bad.I don't like it ....but as I said I do not know these hats.Thanks for any and all help.

Looking at how baggy the black cap band is I'd say it's a Franky.

As the boys have said, the cap band appears verrrrry saggy/reapplied.
could well be the bidder or a friend bidding it up.

As I said I don't know these hats but I have bought many a fake in my 53 years of collecting.This hat looks just like the one that I bought from Wolffram Diebal back in the late 70's.That's why I asked you guys.
