RZM52 Skull for opinions

These really arent my field so I wanted to check in with the experts if its OK as i am considering it a trade, from what I have read up on with other threads there should be clear defenition on the upper left side bone also with the smooth above the teeth I cant make out the defenitions that should be there and to the bottom of the nose; So yr opinions please

Looks good, but something has filled in the nose. Strange!
