SS collar badges.

Two badges, both measure about 4cms x 5.5cms, They are not a pair. The rank patch is slightly larger and shows signs of rank pips being affixed. There are 6 holes that appear to be related to 3 pips. The tab with the SS runes is made of heavier, slightly thicker material.
I would appreciate anyone's opinions.
