Wiking cufftitle for review

I would like to put this "Wiking" cufftitle for sale on estand, therefore I

Not as easy as one perhaps may think in the first place. Wiking is often very sloppy made (IMO), but this is sloppier than I would accept.

Yes some of those I have seen have been a tad sloppy why is that ?
