Is there any information for this CT on this SS man wearing a polizei CT

While I can see that the lower badge on this guys cap looks like a TK, I can't see anything else that identifies this man as SS.
I know that's not much help identifying exactly what he is a member of.

Even from the badly pixellated scan it's obviously an SS cap and seems to be a Polizei tunic but there's no sleeve eagle ? Perhaps it would be better posted on the Police Forum where Joe Wotka and the boys will know straight away what it is.

I tried to lighten it somewhat, someone has suggested that this might be for Danzig police? No eagle in the shadow just a mark?

Early Weimar tunic IMO. Cuff title is probably not SS.
