SS ephemera site

Hi, does anyone know of a site or book that deals exclusively with items like SS steins ect....I have seen a stein that is decorated with the SS death heads on either side and an Iron Cross in the center. The lid has an eagle on the handle and a helmet on the top of the lid. Were items like these period produced? The lid was marked on the inside with "95-LN-7" again just wondering if there is a reference for these types of items. Thanks, Greg

Greg Ive seen a simulair stein at a flea market. It had the lid with a stahlhelm . I for some reason thought it was bogus, also it was surrounded by other suspicous items. The whole table looked like this stuff was mass produced fakes. Kind of like those tin soldiers you also see at flea markets, SA bands, etc. The stein I seen had an MG crew and on top was a huge WH Battle flag. Also they wanted 299 euros for it,,just didnt like the look of it at all

Yeah, pretty much the situation I see at flea-markets too. I have a friend that keeps buying what I believe are "fantasy pieces" and I'm trying to find him a resource so he stops wasting his money on garbage. The steins he has I am 99% sure are post war, but because he loves collecting these types of pieces I want to find him some help. Thanks, Greg
