Really need a lot more pictures. It is not an obvious fake but aged and fake SS tunics like this have gotten so good now with the money involved that it is very hard to tell.

I'm not convinced at all. needs for sure more pics but... where are signs of eagle and ct? ct could be justified by tk division.

why it has only 2 belt holes?

The lining looks strange something is missing and it appears to be a heer cut. A closer look would be nice as it only has two belt hook holes but a heer type lining missing two features normally found in these. Now it appears it may be an officer upgrade so that could explain the two missing parts as officers often had special tailoring done to accomodate them.....but unfortunately fake tunics most of the time do not have these same missing parts.

          i don't trust in a officier tunic.
In SS these m36 were frequently shortned, pocket removed, added the sword hole... here i don't see anything of that.

I see 4 belt loops (!!) i don't see, cause picture the vertical lining signed in the pic i see the strange upper pocket stiching.

            thanks

Thanks for the thoughts...I just don't get warm & fuzzy about this one--esp at the price--but I've asked Peter for close-ups..stay-tuned!

The bandage pocket is in a strange position and the upper pocket flaps are cut different than a standard issue M36....not saying its fake its just a very oddball tunic .

Onto the next....why get stuck with a questionable piece.

Better pay up a little and get a solid piece you can be happy with and resell without problems when you wish to.

Less is more many times. Quality over quantity!
