SS Oberbayern Dachau Garrison Flag

I need some input for a friend of mine who has been offered this SS Garrison flag.

I have owned a couple of this type flag but I have never seen one with an SS RZM tag attached to it. It is also white ink stamped "SS Wachsturmbann 1 Oberbayern Dachau 1936".

Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I can count on my hand the real ones Ive seen.I alwyas ask why real ones just dont turn up that often where are they? I understand alot were destroyed but so was every other SS thing,so where are the flags like this?Anyone have one to show?
