Indeed the very late-war double border RZM sleeve-eagle usually found on Dot Para Jump Smock's that mimic's the bevo eagle.

Its for copy protection as this photo is worth alot of money. I don't blame the owner one bit since those unscrupulous crooks will do anything to copy and sell photos that are posted. Just look on e-bay and you will find this done all the time.

for experts (i am not not one) I assume its not difficult to get the red lines out.
safest way is actual to put something physical over it when taking the photo.

Beautiful photograph - absolutely love it - amazing! The photograph is most likely taken after the Normandy campaign somewhat in September-Oktober-November 1944 when they were refitting - that is also the time when the "Hitlerjugend" cuff title was distributed under the men. The type of cuff title is the most common one. Also have a negative myself from a HJ soldier with this type of cuff title. Do you have a scan of the backside? Or do you know a name? If so, I may have more information to him.
