    Nordland cuff title

    Dear Friends,

I received a Nordland cuff title for expertise and since it differs slightly from the ones I have had - I need your help.

First - I post a reference picture of the two text book originals I have had recently. The differences are small but nothing is too small with SS-items...

My main question is, Do I have a variation with small differences with some details on lettering or a copy.

#1 Reference picture of my originals to compare

    - Military historian and dealer from Finland.
    - Collecting Finnish awards, German EK1's 1939, KVK1's w/o swords and Tirolian shooting badges.
I still need EK1's L/14 Screwback and Pinback.

Pictures of the one I have now. I did search information here before writing this and cufftitle in question in this thread seems identical to this one:

My main concern is lettering as you will see when you compare eq. letter "N" with known originals and this one. Otherwise I dont see anything wrong.

This is said to be from the SS-veteran's estate and the owner do have other items from the same person. However - I have heard this before

Since I am not top an expert with cuff titles and my references do show different ones I am forced to ask for help.

I looks like an original to me.

Maybe its a transitional cuff? The first posted is the more early style and the straight letter is a bit later.

I also like the cuff and think its a good one.

No problem with that one! I have had several exactly like tours, coming directly from the SS-vet.
