SS RZM sleeve eagle

Hello everybody,
I got this SS RZM sleeve eagle and would like to hear some opinions on this. I bought it at the local antique store, it came together with two sets of SS tabs, which were unfortunately already sold.
Could someone date this eagle as early or later war example?

Nice! That shiny film on the back is also a good sign, often seen on SS sleeve rautes
(diamond shaped trade insignia backing material)

both sets were sold for 400 EUR together, one Bevo tab set and this
silver runic tab NCO pair
