    Hello

    I present to you this SS figure, brought back from berchtengaden by a french soldier

    15 cm high and seem to be made of cast metal

    an estimation would be appreciated

            I've seen 5 different ones ( all SS , incl. officer ) like this , brought back by an antique dealer from a Polish fleamarket .
            Can't remember if these had the same delicate RZM-marking ( ! ) , but $ 50,- sounds about right if you like them for decoration ..

                        Agreed - In all "probability" (??) this is not a period piece (admittedly though Toy Soldiers are not my speciality - and a mega, mega minefield all their own), but man what a "Looker"...the "Real Kid" (i.e. not forced and / or contrived) wear-and-tear on this one looks absolutely great...but honestly, I couldn't tell you if it was made in 1940 or 1971...need an experienced, knowledgable Toy Soldier collector to step in on this one...

                        That said, it's nice to look at but I'll stay with my SS Hund Photos and IDs...
