SS Gebirgsjager Shoulder Board - Real or Fake?

I picked this board up at an antique store the other day. It looks like it might be good, but I would like to get some expert opinions.

    Thanks,
    Ted

The colour is more 'Toxic Green' for SD to my eye.

Here is a picture of it in better light. The indentation on the button hole is a tell tale sign that it has been on a uniform.

The thread has some age to it.

I think this board is actually a fake. Some of the thread glows under a black light.

Does the glowing thread raise any concerns?

                    Thanks,

I would pass on this one, the piping is trying to mimic rayon, but looks like the cotton shoelace type usually seen on fakes..

I could be wrong as i am looking at the pictures at my phone..
