NCO Tab

Hi Guys

Please could I get some opinions on this very salty tab? The buckram looks good but the silver border should be for an officer- is this a vanity upgrade? The cloth is very thick and the tab itself is massive- 8 cm from corner to corner, bigger than any other tab I've owned.
