mint SS FM pin with paper. unissued

this is a today flea market found, it came out of a box with decoration items. Unissued and textbook IMO. I never saw one with the matching number on the paper card.

What do you think?

it looks to mee, like the "L" in front of the indicidual number was stamped at the same time together with the Deschler markings in the fabric, and the SS Fm membership number was done later.
