    Armband

    I was given this today by my grandad in law, he got it
    From a paratrooper who died when his chute didnt
    Open in hewish which is near weston super mare.

                It's a textbook 'Kampfbinde' with a D tag serial number that fits exactly within the range they used. Strange thing for a paratrooper to be carrying though.

                          YEAH....Kinda pinched the roundell at the one closest to the edge arm. These were all sewn by women seamstresses who sewed all day long making hundreds of these in a shift....likley just human error, possibly at the end of a shift when tired, but I agree...looks good to me too.
