so far I wouldnt take a chance on any of it...
The buckles stand out like a sore thumb and the mistake on the flag seems like sheer stupidity on the part of the faker.
Was it a dealer or private purchase?

I bought it from a dealer who only really deals in British medals, he got them from a 90 odd year old polish guy who fought for the nazis, he is getting rid of his collection. I've been buying medals from the dealer for years and he has promised refunds on anything that's not right. Can you explain how you know the buckles are wrong,I like the forum but people say stuff is fake without telling why it's fake, to me the buckles just look like old buckles .

On your buckles , just go to the buckle forum and look at the sticky thread on fake SS buckles. These are easy fakes to pick out.Comment
