    Volunteer tab? who's

    This came from a collection where all of the items in the case were SS and SS tabs from occupied countries. Can someone ID it for me? This collector only collected WW2 and mostly SS.

        Could be "Vichy" related like a youth movement sleeve shield patch
        or something patriotic from WW2 Vichy... like this one...
