The first one is from 'Panzer Grenadier Training and Replacement Batallion 1 ' The second one from Nachrichten Ersatz Regiment 'Signals Replacement Regiment'

I cannot comment on their authenticity.

ersatz means , the regiment was replacing lost units.

I think these dog tags are not period. (no signs of wear, no zinc corrosion around the text) Seems like a period dog tag and stamped few weeks ago.
