German art chair (SS)

Hi,
Did you ever seen the item like this ?
It was found in Krakau ,in the place where German army was stationed .
After the war, Polish army adopted the building-I bought it there,
Perhaps somebody knows similar objects,with the same "Runic symbol"?

It actually look like two different types of wood involved here and IMO the back slats have been purposely aged too ...
