Hello,
You need to provide clear pictures of all detail - particularly the insignia. First thoughts - the 'B42' is normally found on Heer items. It stands for a Depot (Berlin) and year of issue (1942). Would an SS wrapper be issued through a Heer depot? My believe is no. In any case, no one can assess your wrapper properly with the pictures provided.
