Its all a bit fuzzy ....
Better shots would be good ... Allthough the eagle might be okay
Personally I think these have been added later

yes, bad pics, sorry, not mine. Agree that they have been added, just trying to determine if they are original or not.

Both are good. Theyve been attatched to a backing t strip. Im sure its a "restored" fez. If you take it pay no more that $800. (cost of insignia) + stripped fex.
