SS side cap.. Opinions needed

Hi all
Just wanted some knowledgeable opinions on this side cap that is supposedly SS verfugungstruppe.
The angles may not be the best but I'm waiting on a shot of the front with insignias clearly displayed.

From these poor shots the skull looks like it may be good but the seagull erm I mean eagle looks bad. I'll let the experts comment on the cap itself.

I am going to go with re enactment quality ....
For me the skull is a 70's / 80's fake

You could be right David, a straight on shot would help. If it was me I wouldn't bother getting it in hand though
