strange skull

Hello gents,

We have this portrait of a Totenkopf soldier. What about the cap skull?
I'm asking it because of the huge forehead and strange eyes.Is this a standard BeVo style or something else?

It's a crease in the cap that makes this standard BeVo cap skull look peculiar. I'm more interested in the collar tab .... looks like a Pumpkin Head.
