Bullion rune tabs

Hello all,

The overall shape of these runes looks correct but they are placed oddly onto the tab. Can anyone help me determine if these are legit please?

These are a poor attempt to reproduce the officers' double rune tabs worn early in the war for a short period. Such tabs are extremely rare. As you stated, the placement of the runes on the tab at left is cause for concern and the first of many flags for this set.
