who did all the buillon work?

As I read Mark's book, I thought back to a question Ive had. Who did all the handmade buillon work for the SS? Was it done by professionals, firms, family members, who?

                      Local

Damn near every little Mom & Pop Shop across the whole Country. The uniformity they achieved was remarkable. Of course there were larger Producers as well.

I could see that. Does anyone still have any of the cardboard templates they used?

                            Yes, call Chicago.

My favorite part of Chicago was leveled some time back, The Levee:

"There were said to be 500 saloons, 500 whorehouses, 56 pool rooms, 15 gambling halls, and too many peep shows and cocaine parlors and bawdy theaters to count. All of it was overseen by a flamboyant saloon keeper and Democratic committeeman, Mike "Hinky Dink" Kenna."

Here is Hinky Dink with Bathhouse John. A Couple of Guys who understood the needs of the Sporting Types.
