I also notice, that a lot of stuff only sells on layaway / payment plan-basis.
There seems to be little true buying power in the hobby for the most part.
I'd say as such, there are only few collectors in the hobby today building real collections. There others are "just" rotating inventory, which is o.k. of course.

I really can´t complain,, it has been a good year, lot of new stuff in to the collection..
the only problem is that my piggy bank is empty = zero,,,
lets say that a SS m36 daggers pops up tomorrow for sale in mint condition..
I wouldn´t hesitate to visit the bank for a loan

Women and militaria
Actually there is a lot more similarities between militaria and women than one thinks, ehh well on the red light market at least.
With that said I also think that some militaria "dealers" have a lot of similarities with the persons behind the red light scene. (sorry all you honest dealers, you know I do not refer to you
)
