Variant 'RONA' Kaminiski Brigade arm shield...

This shield is a recent acquisition. I have no doubt it is original but it is a variant I am unfamiliar with. The official/known version is with a black cross in white shield, outlined in red on a field grey background, but appearently there have been more locally produced versions. I believe this to be one of them.

Anyone seen it before?

I'm not familiar with this type of shield but I like it as you said many of these shields were locally made.
