SS / SD Shoulder Strap

I have been on the look out for either one or a pair of the strap you can see below.
I would have preferred to have one that has the lighter toxic green wool underlay than the one shown.
This looks to be a lot darker with a type of gaberdine underlay
The question I have is this ..... Is this correct ?

That first board is odd. These are not that hard to find in the correct toxic green color.

I haven't see one with the toxic green underlay for a while
