Waffen SS camo smock and cover m38?

I have an original waffen SS camo smock and cap cover "plane tree 2" (have a number 2 printed off the neck and between the vents) near mint condition. Im sure that is an M38 or M40 because it have vents, but, it have elastic neck. Only m38 have elastic neck? Sorry if i made some mistakes writing, i dont know too much english.

Both are nice originals.

The smock is an M38, the cover is of wartime manufacture - likely 41/42.

Thanks for the feedback. It's gorgeous but I do not appreciate it, since I'm not a collector of militaria. That's why this set is looking for a new home.

I bought everything to a descendant of a Spanish soldier who fought in Russia in the "Blue Division (division azul)", a group of volunteers who fought alongside the Germans in Russia. I have more items than the soldier brought to Russia as a backpack, a badge, a special winter hat, a russian compass etc. .. and some not too interesting documents.
