Odd shaped rune tab

As we all know foreign manufactured tabs are always hard to authenticate .
Shown here is a photo taken from the Blitzkreig forum-Italy. It appears to be a member of the Italian SS wearing a runic tab. Check out the angle and possible raised embroidery . These types of tabs are normally dismissed as reproductions and it is unfortunate a known original that I know of could not be examined for comparison purposes with the ones occasionally floating around.
