I ll bet you never noticed that the eagle for sure and maybe the skull also was MACHINE SEWN to the hat body without being folded and trimmed..the excess was trimmed off after the sewing....very unusual...

The only one I ever owned was found in a box of costume jewelery at the golden nugget flea market back in the mid 80s. I kept it with the repros until I traded it to mike Beaver back in 97. He made me such a good deal that I couldnt refuse. Thinking it was fake I never got that attatched to it. Ive never found another and what became of the one I traded mike who knows? Sure wish I had it back though...it was a real combat vet......
