I do not have access to my eagles or references and cannot recall seeing this pattern eagle before. Is this a newer fake?

Perhaps it's an updated version, note the welt is parallel on the example you post but is shaped around the wreath on the example Mr Hritz posted.Comment

Thank you all for the help. Even at home I could not find a match for this eagle. I guess newer generations are being made. The eagle is on a fake cap and I guess I was hoping someone used an original eagle which could be salvaged.
