I know next to nothing about items like this, so have no opinion on the overall tunic. On the pips though...if they are later war versions made in gold washed zinc, it is entirely possible for them to be near mint and have no finish left...you see the same thing in zinc badges. The cheap finish combined w/ the zinc can cause the gold finish to simply fade away over time

The price for this one is 4000 usd a buyer in the states.
Have not bought it and will not do now. To many strange things about it.

Is it from e-stand? I believe I've seen it. I don't know if it is a real piece - looks tooo nice to me.. you know, just like a collector would put it together, not a combat officer.
