    NEED HELP on Sturmbannfuehrer Boards

    Hello Collectors,
what do you think about this boards?
I'm curious about the white layer, esp that they are not curved and overlayed at the side where they had been sewn in.
    Thank you for your input
    Ralf

Hope this works, I'm not familiar with uploading pictures

Posting photos on pop-up central will not get you man y views as people won't risk viewing them.

They look long enough to be greatcoat boards to me.

Frederic, can you please post the first pic as well?
There you can see what I'm looking for an advice:
Is it legit, that the white layer is straight and not curved on the outer edge?

Some originals were made this way RAKRA
The contoured waffenfarbe is more desirable
and more indictive of an original.
I suspect the little cord loop at the other end
of the board was used to tension the board
adequately to screw in the button.

Hard to tell from just pictures sometimes, but I donĀ“t see anything alarming.
