What maker are these metal cap insignia?

    Dear fellow collectors,

I am not really the expert on metal cap insignia and was wondering what maker produced this eagle and skull insignia. And possibly, how should they be marked on the back?
Specializing in Flemish made insignia, I'm still studying on these....

My thanks in advance for your time and help!
Ps. I hope these pictures will do, as these were the best I could do with my cheap little camera...

The eagle looks like a "SS 475/??" marked Wagner, even though the thick paint has softened the details.

Thanks for the replies you guys!

              They are really appreciated!!

Do you believe the insignia to be repainted wartime or afterwards?
(just wondering.... as they look to have been applied wartime...)

              Thanks again!
