I'm sure everyone noticed the detailed 'crosshatch' stitching on the breast of the eagle being damn similar to the embroidery of Diplomatic insignia. It's an interesting feature that appears rather well done.

Looks like white cotton. Not what you'd see on officer quality.
Looks like a long neck pigeon not an eagle
Not for me either.
