Wiking Cuff title

I recently bought some material from the wife of a fellow who traveled Europe in the 50-70s on business and bought all sorts of German material. There was a mix of good and bad items . The bad mostly very early obvious fakes. However , to me this cuff title looks very good. I may be wrong so would like to see what everyone thinks. It has 7 strands , very nice aging and remains of an RZM label. His wife thought he had bought it in Berlin in the 50s or 60s but wasn't to sure. She said he hadn't bought anything since the 70s.
