SS RZM marks on frog

Strange mark, what do you think of this marking? fake or good? This frog I found it at the flea market. Thanks for any answers!

For me the SS and RZM stamps are fake.

The marking are not clear i would say fake

i think it is fake, too.

there is a "normal" Logo over stamped by this RZM Stamp
